That's what I'd be saying to that pasta shape, and others listed in this challenging Pasta Quiz on AOL's beta food site. Cavatappi, is that a joke? Surely it's not a pasta. Or is it? Obviously, I need to brush up on my pasta. There is a world beyond spaghetti, penne, and rigatoni...

I got 16 or 24...that's pretty good for an Italian ;)
Check out the book,The Joy of Pasta. It is very old but tells you all there is to know about making pasta, sauces and even what wines to serve with it!
tiffany k. - i'm impressed! but if you got 16/24 and you're italian, the rest of us have no chance! i don't have an ounce of italian in me, and my quiz score revealed that!

I got 18 out of 24! Yeah! I don't have any Italian in me, but I do appreciate Italian food!
i scored a 15...and probably only because i read so much about cooking, not because i've seen most of the pastas in the quiz!
i admit i had a few good guesses, too. :)
