I've used a plain round silicone pan for baking cakes in my microwave. (Earlier I baked in glass.) I have no complaints. You do need to be a little careful while taking it out but no extraordinary care needed.

A silicone bundt pan would frighten me, too. I'd fear the flimsy pan holding all that batter. I will say, though, that I did make the Ad Hoc pineapple-upside down cake in a silicone cake pan, and it turned out very well. But that's a much smaller amount of batter. Yeah, I think for bundts, I'll stick with the tried and true. ;)

I'm wary of silicone bakeware. It seems a bit ironic that to use it well, one must utilize metal. So really - why go there? Haha. That's my two-cents.
